My Travel Bag – Favorite Jewelry

Hello everyone! I hope you are all lovely.

If you have been keeping up with MAB’s social media, you’ll know that I am home now for the Thanksgiving holiday. I couldn’t be more thrilled to relax for a bit after a hectic couple of weeks. Today, I wanted to share some of my favorite jewelry that I find myself always packing when I travel!

Packed

Rings

I love keeping my rings simple and few. These two rings were gifts from family and have been with me for years. The classic designs have stood the test of time; non-trend based designs are best if you are seeking to invest in quality jewelry that can transcend changing fashions years from now. I can pair these two with virtually anything from a casual daytime look to an evening event.

Earrings

I am very deliberate when I choose my travel earrings. I pack varying sizes according to whatever occasion may arise or what outfit I may plan to wear. Aside from packing small studs for those quick outings I also choose more elaborate options. I pack about two pairs of long earrings that I like to wear with longer necklines and my hair in an updo. Larger studs with more embellishment work wonderfully when wearing high necklines and scarves.

Earrings are that one jewelry item that I hate to leave the house without. I feel it really completes a look and adds that extra touch!

Packed

Necklaces

I usually pack only one to two necklaces with me when I travel. I always have on a thin, gold necklace that has a small pearl on the end; I rarely take it off so I feel less of a need to pack more necklaces. This lovebird necklace comes with me everywhere though, it was a gift from my boyfriend so it always has a special place in my travel bag wherever I go. Since it also has a thin chain it stacks wonderfully with the necklace I already have on.

Packed

Watch

You have probably already seen that this particular timepiece from Anne Klein’s Diamond Collection has been not only my favorite watch, but my go to watch for almost all occasions. It’s classic design, duo-metal finish, and clean face make it incredibly versatile with any look. It is a tad smaller than the average Micheal Kors watch, but I prefer the size and it sits wonderfully on the small frame of my wrist. I have also enjoyed the mix of gold and silver giving me a greater array of options of what jewelry to pair it with.

I hope you enjoyed seeing some of my favorite jewelry pieces for when I travel and may help you pack for your next adventure!

Until next time. Take care!

Alice…xoxo
