Hello everyone! I hope you are enjoying a lovely day.

I am thrilled to share another look with all of you! Today I decided to play with patterns. It was surprisingly nice outside in Florida so I was delighted to be able to pair my look with a scarf. When playing with different patterns, I tend to keep it in the same color family. As you notice, the blouse and shorts combine both black and white creating a sense of unity. I love the deep navy blue of the scarf against the black and white. Though it may appear an unlikely match, I find it breaks up the monotony and adds a dash of interest. The shoes bring the entire look together by adding another red element that pairs wonderfully with the scarf.

As a final note, if you decide to play with print I would recommend pairing within the same color family to create a sense of unity and cohesion.

Do you like mixing prints together?

Until next time. Take care!

  1. These are three prints/patterns that I would never think to mix all together, but you nailed it! Great outfit!
