Hello everyone! I hope all of you are enjoying your day so far.

Today I wanted to share a few of my recent purchases. Lately I have been enjoying a simple palette of black and white with small touches of color. This pairing is fail-proof and wonderful year round.

I have been in love with these buckled leather pumps by Gianvito Rossi, but they were well over my budget. During my shopping trips I came across the Lupicciana heels and was instantly reminded of the Gianvito Rossi pair. The shape of the point as well as the width and height of the heel were identical. The main differences would include the number of straps and the more enclosed rim of the shoes as a whole. Overall, I feel these shoes mimic the Gianvito Rossi pair beautifully for a fraction of the price ($20!) and I’m thrilled to share many looks with all of you using them!

I have been obsessed with this style of skirt from Tibi but once again it was beyond my budget so I was on pursuit for a cheaper alternative. I had been having a hard time finding just the right skirt since I was a bit picky on the flare. I personally love a skirt that has a voluminous bottom. The Express skirt has a similar fit and volume to what I liked in the Tibi skirt, but at a much more reasonable price. It was on sale for $30! I had also been eyeing a mesh insert skirt such as this Cynthia Rowley example. Over the weekend, I snagged this skirt from Express once again using the weekend special! It was a bit pricier than normal, but it will be a timeless piece that will get tons of use. I fell in love with the silhouette and flare.  What draws me to this particular style of skirt is the balance between the flirty mesh that shows just the right amount of skin while maintaining a conservative cut. A highly versatile piece and a happy addition to my wardrobe!

I can’t wait to share the beauty products I recently acquired in future posts. Keep an eye out!

I hope this post gives you a little inspiration to go out and find those unique pieces from high end designers at a more reasonable price range!

Until next time. Take care!

Alice…xoxo
