Hello everyone! I hope you had a wonderful holiday.
I had a delightful Christmas with my family and had quite a few surprises under the tree this year! I want to take a moment thank my family and loved ones from everything this holiday. I cherish each and every single gift.
Now on to the polish review! I recently stopped by Ulta and finally bought Butter London’s polish in Wallis, which I’ve had my eye on for ages. It has always stood out as an incredibly unique color that I couldn’t seem to find an equivalent for. The closest has been China Glaze’s Wagon Trail but it has a darker green base and less gold glitter running though it.
Wallis is an olive toned polish shot with rich gold glitter that gives it an incredible glow in the sunlight. It is a bit sheer with one coat, but after applying a second coat it is fully opaque. The polish is quite easy to work with and spread through out the nail. I applied it over my Sally Hansen Hard as Nails base coat then Seche Vite to seal in the polish and speed up the drying process, as well as add an extra glossy shine. Though this polish is a bit on the pricey end at $15, I believe it’s unique color and easy to work with formula makes it worthwhile to add to any collection! It can be purchased at Ulta or directly from the Butter London Website.
As for updates, I now have an Instagram account! I’ll be sharing more personal daily tidbits of my life on there as well as sneak peeks for outfits so check it out! In addition, my brother kindly gave me a brand new camera as a gift for my blog so now I’ll be providing you all with even better quality photographs! I’m thrilled for this new step in our journey together.
Until next time. Take care!
