Hello everyone! I hope you’re having a lovely day.
This morning I had a meeting with a local nonprofit that I am interning for. We’ve been working extensively on our Indiegogo campaign that launches next week. The office environment is quite relaxed giving me the opportunity to experiment with color and prints. It seems that people generally tend to shy away from a colorful bottom, but I feel if used correctly can add such vibrancy to any outfit without being overwhelming. Here I paired this red pencil skirt with a black and white striped blouse. The neutral colors help ground the red making it less noisy and more cohesive. I put on a pair of black tights since it was a bit chilly this morning (remarkable for Florida weather) and kept the black and white theme going with the light heels. The jacket adds a nice polished feel to the outfit as well as added warmth!
